Environment has always been a big concern for me since I was little. As a Costa Rican girl, I was raised surrounded by trees, forests, multicolored flowers, palm tress and beaches. Discovering new places every minute in nature.

It is because of this that I was amazed when one of my professors in university told me about this initiative and passed me the globe.

I have seen that now people don’t care about the waste that they do, they don’t realize about the impact that this has in nature, even if it is the “minimum” waste. I can see in the streets a countless amount of trash, specifically plastic bottles of all types.

For this reason, I have decided that from now on, I won’t buy or use any type of plastic bottle and I will always use my glass bottle instead.

This is my little action that matters, because if everyone did the same thing we wouldn’t see plastic floating in the oceans or trash on the streets.

I encourage you all to do your little action that matters, because it really does the difference.
